Deck wash & seal Our preferred brand is Olympic. For the cost of Olympic stain, we feel it performs as well as more expensive brands and carries a good warranty. However, we are familiar with most brands and will use YOUR preferred brand. (We do not warranty Sherwin Williams, Behr or Thompson brands) Sherwin Williams is a good product, but does not provide a warranty. Behr STAIN is incredibly difficult to remove and work with. During your FREE ESTIMATE, we will answer all your questions, such as... How long have you been in business / pressure washing? What chemicals do you use to clean wood, vinyl, concrete?   Where are your chemicals from? (Hopefully not the local hardware store and hopefully it's not just water) What sealer / stains do you use?  Why?  What's their warranty?   What if the sealer doesn't last?  Will you fix it? What PSI do you use?   (HINT:  It's NOT the PSI of the machine) How do you clean my deck / house?   BE INFORMED - Anyone can own a pressure washer.   The trick is knowing how to use it.

Our house washes are chemically treated.  We do NOT clean with a high pressure power washer.  Our chemicals do the work.  We also apply a wax to prevent future mold and dirt from adhering to the siding. (It's not a shiny wax, it will not make a difference to the appearance of the house).    For more info, give us a call !!
