| Thank you for taking the first step in getting to know us! We started as a pressure washing business in 1997, in Elgin, Illinois. Our business was known as Deck & Water Works. In 2002, we moved to the Rockford area.... That year, we also visited our chemical manufacturer. They trained us with their chemicals to expand our business to not only washing and sealing decks, but also siding, concrete and roofs. We continue to use those chemicals today. Since we expanded our services, we changed our name to BRITE SITE. To keep ourselves busy over the winter months, we invested in a Rotobrush machine for air duct cleaning. | This deck is made of pressure treated wood. It was washed by stripping, brightening and then neutralizing the wood. Once the wood dried, Olympic Maximum honey gold was applied. REMEMBER: PRESSURE TREATED/GREEN TREATED WOOD MANUFACTURED BEFORE 2005 SHOULD NOT BE SANDED, DUE TO ARSENIC BEING IN THE WOOD |

| ANNOUNCEMENT - GOING GREEN DUE TO EPA CHANGES, MANUFACTURERS ARE CHANGING THEIR FORMULAS FOR SEALERS / STAINS SO THEY COMPLY WITH NEW VOC STANDARDS Although Illinois law has not taken effect yet, many manufacturers have made changes. We will continue to monitor changes for the next few years. We do not know how these changes will affect the products in the long term. We will continue to honor manufacturers warranties during these changes. We hope customers do not see any changes, but we tend to think we will. WE CONTINUE USING OLYMPIC (PPG).
